Project Overview
MinMenu is a very important service for the social sector in Denmark. Namely, the company ___ helps the elderly, as well as those who take care of them. It is created for municipality and hospitals to order food that meets dietary needs of retirees. The meals are paid by the government, and the whole process takes place through the platform MinMenu/__/__.
CREAVI is involved in the development and maintenance of this service, and also develops new products for institutions that have only joined the system.

The main task of MinMenu - to remain simple and understandable for the elderly, as well as combine a large number of necessary tasks.

Process
CREAVI has provided the customer with design, web development and management experts to work on the project. We have established and organized communication with the client. Also we constantly track progress and keep clients updated with results. In addition, working in SCRUM technology, we stay flexible and are always able to make changes and improve products.

Solution
Taking into account that our main users are elderly people, we put usability and their preferences on the top of the pyramid.
- We purposely increased fonts, pictures and buttons. Most of the information is provided through photographs and illustrations, we added the opportunity to solve main tasks in several ways, arranged visual accents.
- In order to make it easier for the patient to get through the App we added side menu and hints. Patients and nurses see only those menu parts that they need to perform their personal tasks.
- Architecture and visualization have been tested and proven to be effective
